At the meeting, Assoc. Prof. Dr Tran Thi Minh Hoa briefly introduced about USSH, emphasizing its strategy of internationalization and extending international relations. USSH has signed over 300 MOUs with universities and education institutions in the world, including the Japanese partners such as Tokyo University, Tokyo University of Foreign Studies, and Osaka University. The Vice Rector reiterated Japan would always be an important partner in the University's strategy of international cooperation. Thus, USSH would like to begin cooperation with Ehle Institute through such activities as exchanging students and lecturers, conducting common research projects and training programs.
On behalf of Ehle Institute, Mrs. Akemi Kida expressed her thanks to the warm reception by USSH. On October 20th, at Melia Hanoi Hotel, Ehle Institute and the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations will co-hold an event titled "Global talent & Business Meetup", with the participation of representatives from government authorities, businesses, and Vietnamese universities such as University of Foreign Trade, Hanoi University, Hanoi University of Technology, University of Foreign Languages - VNU, USSH-VNU. She hoped USSH's members will gladly attend the event.
Assoc. Prof. Dr Tran Thi Minh Hoa highly appreciated the above idea of Ehle Institute. She said USSH would disseminate information about this event to its staff, lecturers and students. The Univeristy would also pick around 30 distinguished students from Faculty of Oriental Studies and Faculty of International Studies to participate in the dialogues with the businesses.
Ehle Institute Japanese Language School was founded in 1967 in Osaka. With over 50 years of training Japanese language for foreigners, it has produced over 80.000 students, many of whom pursue further education at famous universities such as Tokyo University, Kyoto University, Waseda University, and Keio University.
