Senshu University is a private university established in 1880 in Chiyoda, Tokyo, Japan. It offers many disciplines such as Law, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, Japanese language, Japanese literature and culture, English, and Journalism. Senshu University has shared relations with USSH since 1997. For more than 2 decades, the two sides have co-held many useful and fruitful activities, especially the exchanges of staff, lecturers and students.
On behalf of USSH, Prof. Dr Pham Quang Minh highly appreciated USSH’s lasting collaboration with Senshu University for 20 years. The Rector hoped that in the coming time, the two sides would further strengthen bilateral relations, especially among young staff engaging in common research. With the Division of Japanese Studies as one of Vietnam’s leading units specializing in Japanese studies, USSH commits to meet all the requirements and proposals made by Senshu University.

In response, Prof. Yoshiyuki Habuta expressed his gratitude for being welcomed by USSH. He said Senshu University’s delegation visited USSH this time to initiate research on Vietnam-Japan cultural interactions in the context of East Asia. Senshu University hoped to continue its ties with USSH’s Division of Japanese Studies and established relations with the Division of Cultural Studies and History of Vietnamese Culture (USSH’s Faculty of History).
After the meeting, the Senshu’s delegation paid visits to USSH’s Faculty of Oriental Studies and Faculty of History to share in-depth discussions about cooperation.
