Standard Delivery terms: Each order includes a flat rate of £3.50 for delivery addresses within the UK or £5 for international addresses. Free delivery is applied once order totals exceed £30 for UK addresses and £50 for international orders.

Exceptions to the standard delivery terms are the following products, which include an individual shipping charge levied on each item ordered within the cart. The individual shipping charge on the items below is irrespective of other items in the order, which will adhere to standard delivery terms above.

All moses baskets are charged at £6.95 each and for each additional moses basket within the same order

All gift vouchers, whether paper or electronic, are free delivery

Please note that we are unfortunately unable to ship furniture items to international addresses. You will not be able to complete an order to an international address in which the cart contains furniture items. Any furniture items will need to be removed from the cart before an order to an international address can be completed.

We aim, but can in no way guarantee, to delivery in-stock items within 3-5 working days for UK delivery addresses and 7-10 working days for international delivery addresses. This may vary at busy periods (e.g. Christmas).
